The three profiles you can pick are fictional and written by hand, one at a time: using a real person's profile to sell something doesn't sit right with us. Everything else is real, because the screens, the Score, the CV and the documents are the same ones you'll find when you get into the app.

Never. Iris only works from facts you've confirmed in your Master Profile. It chooses what to emphasise and how to phrase it for each job, but it will not invent a skill, a result or a job you didn't do.

If something isn't in your profile, it doesn't appear in your CV. Iris asks you instead, and whatever you answer is saved for next time.

ChatGPT doesn't know you. All it has is whatever you paste into that chat, and however much you tell it, you're the one who has to remember everything you've ever done. Things will slip, and they tend to be exactly the ones that set you apart.

There's a worse part: when it's missing something and your profile doesn't quite fit the job, it fills the gap by making it up. Iris can't. It only writes with what you've confirmed, and when something is missing it asks you.

And a chat is a chat. Here your profile stays saved and keeps growing, and every job has its Score, its CV, its documents and its tracking in one place, instead of twenty loose conversations that remember nothing tomorrow.

We're not going to sell you fifty applications in one afternoon. A builder that fills a template in thirty seconds gives you fifty CVs that look like each other and say nothing about you.

Here you build your Master Profile first, which is a lot more than a CV, and that time you have to put in yourself. In exchange, every job you analyse comes out tailored to you and built only from true things: Iris asks you whatever it's missing to know whether you meet a requirement or not, and it keeps every answer.

That's why it gets better as you go. The first jobs are the ones that ask you the most, and after that Iris already knows most of what it needs and does the work itself. It's still far faster than tailoring a CV by hand, only the time goes in once, at the start, instead of on every single job.

Nobody can promise you that, us included: the rules of each filter are set by the company using it and they aren't public. Anyone who guarantees you'll pass the ATS is selling you smoke.

What we do is the part that can actually be done. Iris tells you which requirements and keywords from the job you meet and which you don't, and the CV comes out as a real PDF, single column, with no tables or graphics that many filters can't read. You can change template, colour and font without breaking any of that.

Not a problem, paste the job description in any language and Iris will read it just the same.

The platform itself is in English and Spanish, with more languages coming. You can use it in whichever you prefer, and the language of your documents is your call on each job: you can keep the interface in one language and send the CV and the cover letter in another.

Your profile is yours. We never sell it, we never share it and it's never used to train AI models. Iris learns you only to make your own applications sharper.

And deleting your account really deletes it: nothing is deactivated or parked somewhere, it's gone. It's all in the privacy policy.
