Lucía's journey, in words

Lucía Merino is a fictional character and this is a demo. You walk through BeSuix in her shoes, with no account and no real data: neither she, nor the companies, nor the offers on this page exist.

Lucía is 28, runs acquisition single-handed at a homeware e-commerce in Madrid, and before that worked at an agency in Valencia. She sends the same CV to everything: two columns most ATS do not read in the right order, not one metric on the page, and an «English: high level» that means nothing at all.

Building her profile surfaces things she had never put on a CV: that she opened the Portuguese market almost on her own, that she built the Looker Studio dashboard her team opens every Monday, that she runs the margins of her parents' bakery, and that she trained twelve colleagues on paid. With that on the table, she looks at three offers that have nothing in common.

The three offers

Growth Marketing Manager at Nevo, fintech in Madrid

Nevo wants someone to run paid on Google and Meta, build the full funnel and open Portugal as the next market. The strongest part of her application was not on her CV: the Portugal launch is literally the second bullet of the role's responsibilities, and the Looker dashboard turns «data-driven» from a claim into evidence. The holes are SQL and no fintech experience yet, both nice-to-have and neither blocking, plus a budget scale that appeared nowhere. Iris asks, she answers 35,000 euros a month and a ROAS that went from 2.1x to 3.4x with flat CAC, and the score goes up. On the CV, «Managed paid media campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads» becomes «I lead paid acquisition on Google Ads and Meta Ads (~35,000 €/month) and took combined ROAS from 2.1x to 3.4x in a year while keeping CAC flat».

Marketing Lead at Vera Studio, remote in the EU

This role is not hiring someone who writes: it is hiring someone to run all the marketing of a small brand. What places her is not her current job but the bakery's online shop she builds and runs alone at weekends, the 1,200-subscriber newsletter she let die, and the Saturdays behind a shop counter during university. None of that belongs in the fintech application, which is exactly why it is left out there. Iris says so out loud: what stays off a CV stays off on purpose.

Senior Performance Marketing Manager at Highline, Dublin

The offer asks for ten years and three leading a team; she has five. Her paid craft is more than enough, but an explicit minimum number of years is a cap no CV jumps. Iris does not dress it up: it says it would not prioritise this one, explains why, and still lets her generate the CV if she wants a shot anyway. This is the part of the demo that shows what the product does when the honest answer is «not this one».

All of it is walkable above, step by step: the CV she uploads, what Iris finds by asking her, the free Analysis of each offer, the Full analysis of the ones she decides to work, and the final CV each one produces.
