Valeria's journey, in words

Valeria Cordero is a fictional character and this is a demo. You walk through BeSuix in her shoes, with no account and no real data: neither she, nor the companies, nor the offers on this page exist.

Valeria went from coordinator to regional manager at a Mexican coffee-shop chain, and has lived in Berlin since 2025. Her challenge is not craft, it is translation: eleven years of operations that, in another country, another language and another CV format, read as if she were starting from zero.

Building her profile surfaces what she took for granted and therefore never wrote down: that she came to run 24 stores and teams of 180 people, that she started behind the counter, and that she built a coffee brand buying beans straight from two growers.

The three offers

Operations Manager, expansion, at Frisk, Berlin

This is literally what she did for eleven years: open sites from scratch and run the teams that keep them standing. English is the company's working language, so language blocks nothing, and her best numbers simply were not on the CV she was sending. Her strongest fit of the three, for a reason that is not sophisticated at all: the evidence existed, it just could not be seen.

Regional Operations Lead at Röst, Berlin

A solid operations fit, and what separates her from other candidates is precisely what she had left out: the counter, and the coffee brand with beans bought from two growers. This company hires for exactly that. Roasting is a real craft gap and German a soft one that is already closing, and neither gets disguised.

Head of Operations at Bergmann Retail, Munich

The hardest of the three. On operations she is above what they ask: the offer talks about 20 stores and teams of 150, and she ran 24 and 180. What does not fit has nothing to do with her, because the company does not sponsor visas and she needs one. That is an absolute cap and no CV moves it. Iris says so plainly instead of selling her an application she cannot win.

All of it is walkable above, step by step: the CV she uploads, what Iris finds by asking her, the free Analysis of each offer, the Full analysis of the ones she decides to work, and the final CV each one produces.
