Terms of Service

BeSuix is an early-stage product offered for evaluation. These terms are written in plain language for a limited launch and do not constitute legal advice.
1. Who we are
BeSuix (“the Service”) is operated by Rubén Martín Cordero (“we”, “us”), based in Spain. You can reach us at besuix.app@gmail.com.
2. What BeSuix does
BeSuix helps you build a professional profile and uses AI (“Iris”) to draft tailored CVs and application documents from the information you provide. Iris structures and rewords what you give it; it does not invent facts. You are responsible for reviewing and confirming everything before you use it.
3. Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for the activity under your account.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of everything you add (your profile, CVs, documents). You grant us the limited right to process it solely to operate the Service, including sending it to our AI provider to generate your documents. Do not upload content you don't have the right to use, or anything unlawful.
5. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the Service: no attempts to break, overload, or reverse-engineer it; no uploading malware; no using it to deceive employers with fabricated qualifications. Iris is a drafting aid, the accuracy and honesty of your application is your responsibility.
6. Plans & payments
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Prices and limits are shown in the app and may change with notice. During this early launch, features may be added, changed, or removed.
7. AI limitations
AI output can contain errors or omissions. BeSuix does not guarantee any outcome (interviews, offers, or job results). Always review AI-generated content before relying on it.
8. Availability & “as is”
The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. As an early product it may have downtime, bugs, or data loss. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
9. Termination
You can delete your account anytime from Settings. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
10. Changes
We may update these terms; we'll update the date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app.
11. Governing law
