Terms of Service

BeSuix is an early-stage product offered for evaluation. These terms are written in plain language for a limited launch and do not constitute legal advice.
1. Who we are

2. What BeSuix does
BeSuix helps you build a professional profile and uses AI (“Iris”) to draft tailored CVs and application documents from the information you provide. Iris structures and rewords what you give it; it does not invent facts. You are responsible for reviewing and confirming everything before you use it.
3. Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for the activity under your account.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of everything you add (your profile, CVs, documents). You grant us the limited right to process it solely to operate the Service, including sending it to our AI provider to generate your documents. Do not upload content you don't have the right to use, or anything unlawful.
5. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the Service: no attempts to break, overload, or reverse-engineer it; no uploading malware; no using it to deceive employers with fabricated qualifications. Iris is a drafting aid, the accuracy and honesty of your application is your responsibility.
6. Plans & payments
Paid plans are billed through Stripe, our payment processor. Prices are shown with VAT included and are charged in euros, monthly or quarterly depending on what you choose. A subscription renews on its own until you cancel it, and you can cancel at any time from Billing: you keep your plan until the end of the period you have already paid for, and nothing further is charged. If a payment fails, Stripe retries it and your plan stops being active until it goes through. The Free plan includes a fixed number of Full analyses, once, and they do not renew. Prices and limits may change with notice, and changes never apply to a period you have already paid for.
6b. Right of withdrawal and refunds
If you are a consumer in the EU you have 14 days to withdraw from a paid plan. By subscribing you ask us to start straight away, so if you withdraw within those 14 days we refund the part you have not used, measured by the Full analyses you have consumed against the ones your plan includes, or by the days elapsed, whichever is greater. Outside those 14 days a subscription is not refunded, but you can cancel it at any time and it will not renew. Analysis packs are consumed as you use them and are refunded on the same basis. To withdraw, use the "Withdraw from contract here" link on the plans screen: you confirm your details, press "Confirm withdrawal" and receive an acknowledgement by email with the date and time. You can also simply email us. No reason is needed.
7. AI limitations
AI output can contain errors or omissions. BeSuix does not guarantee any outcome (interviews, offers, or job results). Always review AI-generated content before relying on it.
8. Availability & “as is”
The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. As an early product it may have downtime, bugs, or data loss. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
9. Termination
You can delete your account anytime from Settings. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
10. Changes
We may update these terms; we'll update the date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law, without affecting the consumer protections of the country you live in. Questions? Email besuix.app@gmail.com.
